ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager this role supports the NZ Telco portfolios and leads contracts administration commercial governance and procurement. Its a client and supply chain-facing role supporting operational delivery risk management and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial engagement with supply chain and clients.
- Oversee procurement contract administration and compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and support commercial systems and processes.
- Drive risk and opportunity management financial reporting and claims resolution.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver commercial outcomes and innovation.
This is a hybrid role based at our head office in Karangahape road Auckland CBD
ABOUT YOU
- Solid experience in contract administration commercial management or quantity surveying.
- Tertiary qualification in Law Engineering Quantity Surveying or similar is an advantage.
- Strong procurement and supply chain experience in infrastructure.
- Commercial acumen across legal claims financial modelling and performance metrics.
- Skilled in negotiation stakeholder engagement and leadership.
- Proficient in Excel SharePoint JIRA; JDE/SAP experience a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on delivery mindset.
