Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leasing matters of designated retail assets including formulation and implementation of leasing strategy in response to the market changes

• Liaison & negotiation with local agents and prospects for leasing activities

• Perform property asset management continuously review and enhance the quality and value of property assets to optimize rental and investment returns

• Compilation of regular reports on the performance of portfolio

• Conduction of market research market trend forecast and rental indication

• Carry out any other and ad hoc assignments or business initiatives as directed by the Management

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Surveying or related discipline

• Member of HKIS / RICS is an advantage

• Possess with at least 13 years of solid experience in leasing for retail and office property portfolios in developers or real estate agencies

• Good market knowledge of HKs property market and possess with wide connections of key agencies and external partners

• Mature and strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Driven with a will to succeed and with high integrity
