Position Title:Capture Manager Federal Growth Strategy

Location:Remote

Reports To:Director of Operations

Clearance Requirement:Must be able to obtain TS/SCI

The Opportunity:

Essnova Solutions Inc. an Inc. 500 federal contractor and SBA 8(a)/HUBZone-certified small business is seeking a highly competent Capture Manager with the strategic acumen and execution horsepower to drive high-value wins across our federal portfolio. With access to powerful contract vehicles including GSA OASIS Seaport NxG FAA eFAST GSA MAS and 8(a) STARS III and deep capabilities in IT Cybersecurity Healthcare Geospatial and Environmental services we are uniquely positioned for explosive growth. Essnova possesses necessary clearances and ISO and CMMI Level 3 certification and exceptional past performance.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who has personally led and won multiple large federal contracts- someone who brings strategic thinking unmatched execution and a sense of urgency to every pursuit. You must have a demonstrated history of owning the entire capture lifecycle from initial opportunity detection through shaping teaming and transition to proposal. If youve never been fully accountable for a federal capture win this isnt the role for you.

What Youll Do:

You will identify qualify and shape winnable opportunities across federal contracting vehicles including IDIQs GWACs BPAs and small business set-asides. You will lead the strategy drive competitive analysis activate teaming relationships and guide the development of compelling win themes. You will interface directly with government customers during market research RFI draft RFP and Q&A phases. You will bring clarity to ambiguity and move fast to position Essnova ahead of each procurement cycle. You will hand off fully captured opportunities to the proposal team ensuring compliance matrices technical solutions and teaming documentation are complete and airtight.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Technology or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 710 years of federal capture management and BD experience
  • Proven record leading and winning pursuits $10M
  • Experience with major vehicles (e.g. OASIS STARS III Alliant GSA MAS)
  • Familiarity with 8(a) HUBZone and other small business strategies
  • Certifications:
  • Preferred APMP certification or formal Shipley training strongly preferred.
  • Contract Vehicle Experience:
  • Deep familiarity with GSA OASIS STARS III Alliant GSA MAS or other major GWACs/IDIQs. Experience with SBA 8(a) HUBZone and socioeconomic strategies is essential.
  • Technical Domain Familiarity:
  • Knowledge of one or more of Essnovas core markets: IT/Cyber GIS Healthcare Environmental or VAR is highly preferred.
