The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by managing outbound shipment scheduling documentation and communication. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Warehouse Logistics Manager improve operational accuracy and support strategic modernization initiatives. The role will also contribute to inventory and scrap documentation carrier coordination and issue resolution.
Position Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in logistics supply chain or related field preferred
2 years of experience in logistics coordination warehouse operations or transportation scheduling
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience with Sage 300 or similar ERP systems
Familiarity with MRP inventory traceability and cycle count processes
Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements in warehouse operations

Work Environment:
This position will perform job duties in both office and manufacturing floor environments. Time spent on the manufacturing is required the noise level in that environment is usually very loud. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned Personal Protective Equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>90 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes dust and odors.
