The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport.

As a key member of the team you will provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to help achieve the hotels revenue and communication objectives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills a passion for hospitality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team and other departments when required
Assist with marketing campaigns including creating and distributing collateral such as flyers menus posters newsletters and EDMs
Ensure all hotel marketing materials websites review sites and social media channels are accurate and up to date
Conduct competitor and market research to analyse consumer trends and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate media coverage maintain relationships with key media partners and evaluate promotional activities
Support the team with reporting including digital marketing metrics ROI analysis and sales/marketing reports
Assist with handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and professional responses
Manage purchase orders invoices and supplier quotations in line with hotel processes
Participate in and support promotional events including content creation and customer engagement activities

What are we looking for:

Strong proficiency in MS Office and marketing software such as Adobe InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A team player with a proactive positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
