General Summary:

• Inspects cleans assembles and sterilizes surgical instrument sets. Operates cleaning and sterilization equipment in order to clean instruments and supplies. Prepare supplies and equipment for steam sterilization and low temperature sterilization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year instrument processing experience required
• CBSPD(Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution)or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)orIAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management)certification

Salary Range: Minimum 21.12/hour - Maximum 24.50/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
