Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with 7 years of experience in analyzing business processes gathering requirements and supporting solution delivery across complex projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills a data-driven mindset and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical Responsibilities:Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives requirements processes and business needs into functional specifications user stories and acceptance and model current-state and future-state processes (using BPMN flowcharts etc.).Work closely with product managers solution architects developers and QA teams throughout the project solution design ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational in UAT planning execution and issue tracking with stakeholders and impact analysis feasibility studies and risk assessments as part of change management project progress and ensure timely delivery of key business as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization and Skills & Experience:7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT consulting or business transformation experience with requirements gathering business process modeling and stakeholder in tools such as:JIRA / ConfluenceMicrosoft Visio / LucidchartExcel PowerPointBalsamiq / Figma / Wireframing tools (optional)Solid understanding of SDLC Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall in preparing BRDs FRDs and user analytical problem-solving and decision-making verbal and written communication skills.
