Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Process Automation Desktop Specialist with over 7 years of experience in designing developing and maintaining automated desktop solutions and workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RPA tools (such as UiPath Power Automate or Automation Anywhere) scripting and integrating automation into business processes to drive efficiency and Responsibilities:Analyze design and develop process automation solutions for desktop-based and hybrid with business analysts and stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and gather test and deploy RPA bots or desktop automation scripts using tools like UiPath Automation Anywhere Power Automate Desktop automation solutions with various data sources APIs and desktop robust exception handling logging and monitoring of automation and optimize existing automations to enhance performance and technical documentation user guides and training to end-users or support with IT security and compliance to ensure automation adheres to organizational in continuous improvement efforts and recommend enhancements in tools and Skills & Experience:7 years of experience in IT or business process automation experience with desktop automation tools such as:UiPath (preferred)Power Automate DesktopAutomation AnywhereBlue Prism (optional)Proficient in scripting languages such as Python VBScript PowerShell or working with REST APIs Excel automation and file system of SDLC and Agile analytical and problem-solving communication and documentation in process mapping and using BPM tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart) is a of IT security access controls and compliance in Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related certifications (e.g. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer).Experience in AI/ML-powered automation or intelligent document processing (e.g. OCR NLP).
