This is Vice President position that provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines implementing data models optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

What youll do in the role:
Lead and mentor a team of data management and distribution professionals fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including IT analytics and business units to align data management and distribution strategies with organizational goals.
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on data-related opportunities and risks.
What youll bring to the role:
8-16 years of experience in designing and building highly resilient data platforms
Strong knowledge of data engineering architecture and data modelling
Experience in platforms like Snowflake DBT and Apache AirFlow.
Experience in building datawarehouse. Strong hands-on experience in Python SQL Airflow Databricks
Experience on building applications on cloud (Azure)
Strong programming skills (Python optionally Java / Scala) with the willingness to pick up other languages
Prior experience in working with Git Bitbucket Jenkins working with PR-s using JIRA following the Scrum Agile methodology is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have skills:
Deep understanding of trade lifecycles of complex OTC derivative products like Swaps Options FX Forward and other financial derivatives in the context of regulatory reporting.
Familiarity with standard devops tools - Jenkins Sonar Jira
