Description
Retreading is the process of taking used and worn tires removing what is left of the remaining tread then adding a new tread using a similar process to how new tires are made. Kal Tires Retread and Repair facilities provide a service that allows our customers to realize the full value of their existing tire assets while helping them reduce the environmental impact of their operations.

- Using hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair.
- Train to follow established retreading procedure.
- Methodical and patient approach with strong attention to detail.
- Safety mindset and follow all safety procedures.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required.
- Required ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a high preforming team environment.
- Drivers License preferred.
