TheHME Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible to lead a team of high performing purchasing and warehouse associates to ensure accurate timely receipt storage and distribution of home medical equipment and supplies. Youll leverage data analysis and operational best practices to optimize workflow maintain compliance mitigate shrinkage and drive continuous
improvement.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related
field OR equivalent work experience.
OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification (or willingness to obtain)
Forklift operator certification.
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) or equivalent processimprovement credential preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
- 35 years supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- preferably within HME durable medical equipment (DME) or healthcare supply chain.
- Proven track record of leading teams of 5 individuals.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros pivot tables) and data analysis.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. NetSuite WMS
- Brightree Manhattan HighJump) and ERP integration (e.g. SAP Workday etc.).
- Basic SQL skills for ad-hoc data extraction and reporting.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) preferred.
- Financial skills to plan and manage budgets
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong people-management abilities: coaching conflict resolution and performance feedback.
- Excellent oral and written communication; able to liaise effectively with cross functional teams (procurement service clinical logistics).
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise coach and develop a team of warehouse and purchasing associates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews set clear goals and facilitate training on equipment handling safety and company policies.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and high morale.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee inbound receiving putaway cycle counts order picking packing and shipping processes.
- Ensure all HME devices (e.g. CPAP/BiPAP units mobility aids) and supplies are handled per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee serialized equipment tracking
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize
accuracy and throughput.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order-fulfillment rate
inventory accuracy dock-to-stock cycle time cycle counting accuracy on-time shipments etc. - Use Excel (pivot tables Power Query) SQL queries or BI dashboards (e.g.
- Tableau Power BI) to identify trends bottlenecks and costsavings opportunities.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly operational reports to leadership.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Lead Lean/Six Sigmastyle projects to streamline workflows reduce waste and
improve safety. - Ensure compliance with OSHA FDA HIPAA (for patient-specific equipment)
and DOT regulations for hazardous materials. - Coordinate regular safety audits equipment inspections and corrective action
plans.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Oversee calibration tracking maintenance scheduling and return-to-vendor
processes for serviceable equipment. - Work closely with procurement and service teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- Manage product recall program.

Salary Range: Minimum 23.27/hour - Maximum 40.91/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
