Hello! Were Mitchells & Butlers were a big player inthe UK hospitality game. Throughout the UK we have over 1750 vibrant pubsrestaurants and bars across 18 successful and varied brands. I.T graduate scheme Overview

Our 18 month scheme fast tracks you to your first role inI.T and well make sure you have every opportunity to learn all the necessarytechnical skills needed to support our frontline pubs and restaurants but alsofor a successful career in I.T. Youll learn loads on the job and through arange of placements throughout the I.T function.

We will make sure you get there by

• Pub Bar or Restaurant placements (Weeks 2 to 3)
• Rotational placements across the I.T Function - Security and Compliance Architecture Business Analysis and Service Operations (Month 2 to 12)
• 2 further placements of your choice that align to your interests and strengths (Months 13 18)

You will be really well supported by a great team of peopleon your journey with us - your line manager placement manager and a graduatebuddy from our community of graduates across the business.

And there is more. to ensure youre on the right trajectoryyou will also benefit from development workshops throughout the scheme focusedon enhancing your skill set and developing your leadership capabilities.

During my time on the product team I had the incredibleopportunity to contribute to the discovery phase of integrating gamificationinto our brand apps. I was involved from the ground up conducting competitorresearch defining the requirements for features like a spin thewheel game and collaborating with UX teams to bring our ideas to lifethrough visual mock-ups. As a graduate its incredibly rewarding to know thatyour contributions to projects can have a tangible impact and to look forwardto seeing this within our apps!

• Youll either have or be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and have achieved ABB grades at A level or above (or equivalent BTEC grades)
• As this role is mainly based at our Birmingham Head Office youll need to live within a commutable distance

3 Final stage senior management interview(shouldyou progress after Face-to-face assessment)
