The Opportunity
Clarity Health Cares new Malvern clinic is now open and were already seeing strong demand for psychiatry services. To help meet this need were inviting expressions of interest from psychiatrists looking for a flexible well-supported opportunity within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
With over 12 years of experience Clarity Health Care has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality recovery-oriented mental health care across the lifespan. We partner with respected organisations like Cohealth Wellways Carers Victoria and the local PHNs to provide services that are practical evidence-based and community-focused.
One of our key programs is our hospital substitution service in partnership with Bupa where eligible clients can access up to 30 fully subsidised psychology and 20 psychiatry sessions. This initiative has reduced hospital readmission rates by over 90% and reflects our commitment to timely intensive community care.
About us
Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary responsive program offering care to people with any form of mental health concern or mental illness. Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists psychologists occupational therapists social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ.
Evidence-based care is delivered through outreach services clinic-based appointments telehealth and group programs based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care.
