About the Role:
Join a team focused on helping patients breathe easier. Were looking for a Respiratory Therapist I to support the initiation and management of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy for adult patients within the Johns Hopkins HealthCare Group. Youll primarily work in an office-based setting but occasional travel to nearby locations may be required.

What Youll Do:
Deliver direct pulmonary care to adult patients beginning PAP therapy
Provide respiratory equipment setup and education
Coordinate with the Center of Excellence (COE) for PAP and team leadership on performance documentation and patient care standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory policies and standards
Support service excellence and process improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
Knowledge of PAP therapy equipment and care protocols
Experience working with adult populations
Reliable transportation for occasional travel
Salary Range: Minimum 29.86/hour - Maximum 49.31/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
