What will you do

As a QC Inspector youll be the gatekeeper of quality. You will:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on components and fabrications to ensure they meet engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Verify functional testing and ensure it meets project criteria.
• Calibrate precision measuring and inspection devices.
• Compile and maintain inspection reports and records to meet company standards.
• Work closely with production engineering and quality teams as well as customers to support project delivery.
• Travel (up to 20%) for onsite inspections sometimes at short notice including international assignments.

What do you bring

An ideal candidate would likely have the following profile:

• Strong practical experience with precision measuring instruments or a formal qualification in Metrology
• Proven ability to interpret and work with technical drawings particularly with medium to large fabrications.
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving ability and good judgment in complex inspection scenarios.
• Confident communication skills written and verbal.

It would be beneficial to have the following:

• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) visual inspections and dye penetrant inspection (DPI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially spreadsheets and databases.

Our Benefits Package

We are offering a starting salary of 37500 for this role. The role is day-shift Monday - Friday and some overtime may be required which is paid x1.5.
