Job Summary
Our organization is growing at a high pace thats why we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our this role you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the companys reputation for commitment and service worldwide. Thats why we consider this role to be of great importance.
The position is permanent and located in Oslo Norway. You will travel 100-150 days a year sometimes even more.
What you will do
- Provide installation commissioning preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipments as well as to drive continuous improvement at the customers plant
- Liaison with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow-up with customers concerns and problems
- Conducts training of customer personnel on packaging equipment
- Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- Technical education
- 5 years of practical experience within mechanical fields
- Fluent both in written and spoken Norwegian/Danish/Swedish and good English
- Experience in automation and PLC systems is an advantage
You are a person that gets energized by making things happen. You have excellent communications skills and building relationships is something that comes naturally to you. You are driven by customer-centricity and your strength is having a strong business acumen.
