We are looking for an Inbound Intern to join our Supply Chain & Operations Central Team. As a member of the Inbound team you will support import requirements needed for Customs clearance of goods entering the company on behalf of importers. Your responsibilities will include tracking shipments collaborating with clients and categorizing incoming goods.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Coordinate Daily activities of Italy Inbound;
- Provide support & scheduling arrivals in Italy warehouses;
- Maintain knowledge on all rules and regulations of import processes and ensure efficient transmission of all import goods;
- Guarantee Traceability of incoming goods;
- Develop and ensure implementation of all import policies and recommend changes to all service providers if required and monitor all transitions between suppliers;
- Prepare Customs Documentation for Inbound;
- F-GAS-CBAM HS codes management;
- Monitor Carriers performances;
- Validate Freight Forwarders payable for proper approval;
- Measure and compare Economics (/m3) to target levels;
- Invoices Workflow Check & Monitoring;
- Monitor Import for all goods (RM included) calculating taxes and fees.
As our ideal candidate you have a degree in Management Engineering or Economics and a brilliant academic career.
Analysis and planning skills ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements.
Knowledge of SAP R3 and SQL basis is a plus.
