Job Description

About the role

Were looking for a skilled Audio-Visual & Broadcast Engineer to join our team in this role youll be at the heart of our live productions and broadcast operations ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality technical solutions for both onsite and remote environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install configure and test new technical systems and equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware networking and AV infrastructure.
  • Operate and support audio-visual systems in production and broadcast settings.
  • Monitor system performance diagnose faults and deliver effective fixes.
  • Design and implement tailored AV or networking solutions when required.
  • Support live events broadcasts and virtual productions by operating technical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable solutions for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AV and broadcast technologies.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Solid technical expertise across hardware IT networking and AV systems.
  • Hands-on experience in installation configuration and maintenance.
  • Good understanding of production workflows and live broadcast environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Ability to design and implement creative technical solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in video production photography or camera operation.
  • Familiarity with signal routing switching and broadcast infrastructure is a strong advantage.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
