Job Description
Our client an established company in the iGaming sector is looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead the affiliate function and drive acquisition strategies across partner brands. This is a key role where you will oversee performance develop effective strategies and represent the company within the industry.
Location: Hybrid - Saint Julians
Responsibilities:
As a Head of Affiliates your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage and optimise affiliate programs across multiple brands.Track and evaluate affiliate activity producing insights and forecasts in line with budget goals.Support affiliate account managers with strategy implementation and day-to-day planning.Collaborate closely with internal departments to enhance acquisition efforts across channels.Design and roll out strategies aimed at increasing the quality and output of affiliate partnerships.Build and maintain strong industry connections representing the affiliate team at sector events and staying informed on market trends.Work with the marketing team to strengthen acquisition performance within target markets.Provide clear and insightful reporting to senior management.Attend events exhibitions and networking forums to expand the companys partner base locally and internationally.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming.At least 2 years experience managing teams.Strong communication and organisational skills.Analytical mindset comfortable working with numbers and data-driven strategies.Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Positive motivated and adaptable attitude.Fluent in English.
