Job Description
As Chinese Chef You Will Be Responsible for Making Authentic Chinese Cuisine Using Traditional Techniques Like Stir-Frying and Steaming and Other Offerings In Compliance with Standards of the Club While Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience. As Chinese Chef You Are Responsible for Customizing Our Guests Orders Effectively and Accurately While Delivering the Best Product in A Timely Manner Manages Your Station and Maintaining Kitchen Hygiene Selects High-Quality Ingredients and Ensures Food Safety and Presentation Standards Are Met. Key Responsibilities Include Menu Planning Inventory Control Staff Training
Job Responsibilities:
- Create high quality Mainly But not Exclusively Chinese Cuisine Sometimes Asian Cuisine temperature recording cutting and packaging for take-out and dine-in plate preparation
- Expertise in Chinese cooking techniques including knife handling wok cooking and ingredient pairing
- Create a Rotating menus with various main ingredients
- Prepare all types of Dim Sum including Sui-Mai Wonton and Pot Sticker
- Prepare appetizers soups and salads that are close to the philosophy of Chinese cuisine
- Recommend new modern recipes
- A commitment to quality in food preparation presentation and hygiene.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are strictly adhered to
- Show gratitude and greet every guest with a big genuine smile and eye contact when exposed
- Provide a high level of attention to guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Actively display knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and current promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Asian station
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods
- Maintain daily production records
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required
- Complete opening and closing duties efficiently and safely using the correct procedures
- Complete all assigned daily weekly and monthly cleaning duties
- Be a team player; have lots of fun and support other teammate
