Our clients marketing and product platforms are expanding creating the need for a unified and compelling digital brand experience. The central challenge is to move beyond standalone creative assets and architect a cohesive intuitive and high-performing user journey across all digital touchpoints.
As the Digital Experience Designer you will be the driving force behind this transformation. Your impact will be measured by your ability to elevate the brands visual identity streamline the user experience on their core web platforms and directly contribute to increased customer engagement and conversion through world-class design. This is a unique opportunity to own the visual direction and user interface for a market leader.
Performance Objectives for Year One
- Establish a Unified Digital Design System: Within the first 6 months lead the project to audit all existing creative assets and develop a comprehensive visual design system. This system will govern all digital marketing channels (social media email paid advertising) and UI components ensuring absolute brand consistency and improving campaign development efficiency.
- Lead the Customer Portal UI/UX Redesign: Take full ownership of the UI/UX redesign for the companys primary customer-facing web portal. Within 9 months you will deliver a complete high-fidelity and developer-ready prototype that significantly enhances user navigation and simplifies the journey for customers to find and manage their products.
- Enhance Lead Generation Through Optimized Design: In close partnership with the marketing team design prototype and launch a minimum of three new high-converting landing page templates for core product campaigns. The success of these designs will be demonstrated by a measurable improvement in lead-to-conversion rates throughout the year.
- Architect the Official Brand & UI Guidelines: By the end of your first year formalize and roll out a comprehensive set of brand and UI guidelines. This document will become the single source of truth for all internal teams and external agency partners ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience is maintained across every future project.
Profile for Success
- Demonstrated experience leading a UI/UX redesign project for a customer-facing website or digital product.
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills across digital marketing campaigns (social email banners) and UI/UX projects.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive elegant and effective design solutions.
- Experience creating or working with established design systems and brand guidelines.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design UI/UX Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a digital-first design environment.
