Vi p avdelningen B2B sker en ny hrlig kollega till vrt ttt sammanstllda team p fyra personer med mig Ali Razaz som nrmsta chef. Som administratr stttar du vra frsljnings- och operationsteam inom vrt omrde B2B. Hr har du en avgrande roll tillsammans med resten i teamet att skerstlla smidiga och effektiva affrsprocesser underltta vr externa och interna kommunikation samt stdja vra affrsml och serviceniver. Arbetsuppgifter

Administrativt std:

  • Hantera inkommande renden och leads genom e-post Salesforce och telefonsamtal.
  • Identifiera mjligheter att frbttra administrativa processer och rutiner
  • Frbereda granska och organisera kontrakt frslag och andra affrsdokument.
  • Skerstll korrekt dokumentation och efterlevnad av fretagets policyer (KYC) och branschregler.
  • Upprtthll korrekta och tillgngliga register.
  • Hjlpa till med upprttande av fakturor och finansiella dokument

Orderhantering:

  • Behandla frsljningsorder.
  • Samordna med logistik fr att skerstlla snabb leverans.
  • Spra och hantera orderstatus och uppdateringar.

Datahantering och rapportering:

  • Underhlla och uppdatera kunddatabaser och register.
  • Generera och frbered frsljningsrapporter och resultatmtt.

Kundkommunikation och relationshantering:

  • Ge exceptionell kundservice till vra kunder.
  • Fungera som en kontaktpunkt fr fretagskunder.
  • Erbjud support och uppfljning efter frsljning fr att skerstlla kundnjdhet.

Vi sker dig som har:

  • En mycket god organisatorisk frmga som r noggrann uppskattar struktur och hg serviceniv.
  • Goda kunskaper inom Excel och frmga att ltt lra sig nya system.
  • Gedigen samarbetsvilja och tar eget ansvar.
  • Flytande i svenska och mycket goda kunskaper i det engelska sprket bde i tal och skrift
  • Flera rs erfarenhet av en administrativ position i en sljande/kommersiell roll.

Anstllning: Heltid 3875/h vecka
Arbete: Kontor/hemarbete. Inflytt i nya frscha kontor i Frsundavik i augusti.
