HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team! Combining your expertise of administrative processes and hands-on customer service experience with your understanding of company recruiting procedures you will focus on supporting a speedy time to fill candidate communications and coordination and ensure recruiting business processes are followed accurately for every requisition every time. Youll propel recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews screening requisitions and providing regular reports and metrics on hiring activity to the Talent Acquisition leadership team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations.
As a Recruiting Coordinator responsibilities include working within the MyHR Recruiting Module and partnering with Recruiters to create an excellent candidate experience by increasing the speed we can hire candidates and complete the back-end of the recruiting process. Responsible for interacting with Recruiters Hiring Managers HR Business Partners HR Services and applicants to positively impact candidate experience and internal customer service. This role will work at our local Bremerton WA office under a hybrid work schedule.
