Clarion Hotel The Hub has 810 rooms and can therefore serve several thousand people for breakfast and lunch in our beautiful restaurant on the 2nd floor. The hotel has the opportunity to arrange congresses on a scale that has previously not been possible in the center of addition we have 28 meeting rooms where both lunch and snacks are served.
First Waiters to our Restaurant & Banquet team (full-time)
As a First Waiter in the Restaurant & Banquet team you have an elevated waiter responsibility and act as a key operational member of the service team. Together with the supervisor you are responsible for leading the service during breakfast lunch or dinner banquets. You will create unforgettable experiences for the guests whether it is for the first or last meal of the day. Your main tasks include:
- Be extra proactive and skilled in handling high-volume service
- Service with passion
- Stay up-to-date on menus and drink selections
- Be familiar with the Norwegian alcohol law
- Service and set-up of banquets tables
- Lead and motivate the team to be united
Working hours will involve shift work on weekdays and weekends.
