Job Description
- Location: Remote
- Hours of work: Fulltime 40 hours per week Permanent
- Reports to: Business Analyst
- Department: Business Process Improvement

What Youll Do
- Identify and analyze internal processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and automation.
- Design and implement custom tools and automated workflows that streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work with software engineering and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of internal tools.
- Provide training and support to staff on new automated processes and tools.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years experience in both technical and business process roles such as solutions architecture technical project management or business systems analysis.
- Familiarity with automation tools AI agents scripting or low-code platforms a plus.
- Certification as a PMP or ITIL would be an asset.
- Proven ability to work independently on structured deliverables and collaborate across teams.
- Capability of delivering high-quality work within short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
