About the job:

Were seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the IT Business Systems Manager. In this pivotal role youll be instrumental in shaping the technological landscape of our organization leading and developing the execution of product support efforts.

The IT Business Systems Manager is responsible for eliciting system requirements and system design. This role provides strategic insight and direction for supporting and enabling a variety of business systems while leading and supporting both projects and a addition the IT Business Systems Manager provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems deliver desired results.

This position is located in Helena Montana requiring routine on-site presence.

Required Skills

What you will do:

Business process and workflow design: Analyzes systems and operational workflows. Defines process models and business processes while supporting information systems analysis and design. Develops team capabilities and expertise in business systems and applications.

Project management: Manage a variety of projects lead daily production scrums and lead the work of the product support team specific to business systems. Oversee timely and accurate reporting and status updates on projects and work.

Leadership and strategy: Lead and develop a hybrid work team. Support technical vision for future MSF business systems across organizational departments. Works with IT senior leadership and key stakeholders to determine current and future enterprise system needs. Lead teams to embrace an innovative mindset and create forward-looking solutions. Foster an engaging and collaborative culture and develop team and individual contributor competencies.

Required Experience

What you will need (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelors degree AND four (4) years business systems analysis experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years in a technical leadership or project leadership role.

Preferred

  • Project management expertise
  • Workers compensation insurance experience
  • Expertise with the Guidewire suite of applications

Job location: This position requires routine on-site presence in the Helena MT office.

Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary for this exempt position begins at $103900-$129900 per year.
