Medicare Enrollment Specialist- Medicare Sales Agent

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Medicare Sales Agents to join our growing energetic team. This is an Inside Sales role where youll consult with individuals by phone helping them choose the Medicare plan that best fits their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to enroll them in Medicare plans.

  • Explain benefits and features of various Medicare products.

  • Qualify educate and enroll clients into plans that fit their needs.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS and company standards in all enrollments.

  • Answer client questions about Medicare products.

  • Use company CRM and enrollment tools to manage leads update records and process enrollments.

  • Stay current with Medicare regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 14 days (we cover exam costs and pay you while you prepare).

  • AHIP Certification (company-supported).

  • Previous sales/advisor experience or strong sales aptitude.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information.

  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems while on the phone.
