Qualifications:
Must be able to lift fifty pounds unassisted.
Commissioning as a Virginia Notary Public is preferred but not required.
Must be at least eighteen years of age and possess a Virginia drivers license.
Must have a high school diploma or a Virginia High School Equivalency Certificate (GED).
Any employment offer is contingent on the passing of a background check and drug screening.
Must be detail-oriented ready and willing to work in conjunction with a professional team capable of speaking clearly in a friendly and firm manner with clients fluent in the use of computers and certain software programs and must possess stellar customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Processing payments and filing.
Collecting information from clients and prospective clients.
Organizing and updating information within our agency management systems.
Physical presence within the office during all operating hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday)- teleworking is not an option.
Answering customer calls electronic correspondence mail and walk-ins regarding billing issues product problems general client concerns and service questions.

Liability coverage is used to pay for bodily injury and/or property damages that you cause others as a result of operating your vehicle. This coverage is required by law in Virginia if your vehicle has active license plates.
