Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precisionclean linens polished silverware and chip-free china only please.
- Coordinate the flow of service like a pro ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
- Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
- Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshootingyes youll be part tech support too.
- Assist with scheduling training and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.
What We Are Looking For:
- Customer service experiencebecause happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
- At least 6 months of banquet food service experiencewe need someone whos seen a plated dinner or two.
- Leadership potential or experienceyoure not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
- Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)because safety is always in style.
- Physical staminathis role includes lifting bending walking and standing during your entire shift.
