This Position reports to:
Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerYou will be mainly accountable for:
Handling the inspection of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry contestant and similar businesses within ABB.
Performing inspection of business performance versus Plan and forecast.
Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and inspect the drivers of financial performance.
Inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
Performing cost / benefit study and examine of inventories NWC
Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business / functions request.
Preparation of relevant organization financial reporting business planning & forecasting and audits.
Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.
Qualifications for the role
3- 5 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
Bachelor or Masters degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
Strong problem solving skills.
Thorough / detail oriented approach.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English.
