This Position reports to:

Job Responsibilites:
- Ensure ELSEs pricing structure is competitive and aligned with market trends customer demands and value proposition. key accounts/ industrial segment requirements to ensure consistency.
- Develops and implements a sustainable process to gather market pricing data. Conduct regular research on market trends customer preferences and competitor pricing strategies
- Develop and implement pricing models (e.g. market-based pricing value-based pricing) that align with both market and organizational goals.
- Work closely with the marketing & sales teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-communicated and understood and that promotional campaigns align with pricing objectives.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Finance Business or similar field
- 6 years of pricing specialist experience
- Strong ability to analyze market data pricing trends and customer behavior.
- Knowledge of pricing processes
- Understanding of cost structures profit margins financial statements and performance target.
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal to convey pricing strategies to various stakeholders.
- Understanding of general sales practices sales enablement channel sales contract & risk management.
