Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient - Per Diem
Pay Rate $60.00 - $65.00

Responsibilities
Duties
- Evaluates all assigned patients develops and implements treatment plans in accordance with the patients need and physician direction
- Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services
- Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities
- Serves as an educator of patients families students coworkers and self
- Participates in discharge planning including placement patient and family education and adaptive equipment
- Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required
- Minimum 2 years acute care or Inpatient Rehabilitation experience required
- Certified BLS from the American Heart Association

- Rehabilitation Assistant/Nursing Assistant

POETS are completed as part of the onboarding process-to be completed before an employees first day of work.
