Job Summary

Korzen Health has been retained by one of the fastest growing Behavioral Not for Profit groups in the area. We are working with one of the largest dedicated Behavioral group that will be covering a Hospital within the market

Highlights include:

Inpatient coverage in a newly-opened inpatient psychiatric hospital; current focus on adult psychiatrists with growth expected in adolescent gero-psych ECT and PHP/IOP needs
This is a dedicated Behavioral Hospital that will allow you to work with Academic Affiliated Psychiatrists. You can build out the scope of work that you see fit.
All H/Ps are done by a local Primary Care Group.

Teaching Opportunities:

EMC has multiple ACGME-accredited training programs. Psychiatry is currently involved in training family medicine residents internal medicine residents and fellows.
Accredited ACGME Psychiatry Training Program opening in July 2026
Dedicated Time for Administrative Time and additional directorships available.

Compensation:

This position also comes with an employed salary with performance/productivity bonus. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus is available. We also offer 401k matching paid family/medical leave PTO CME days and CME annual allowance.
