About the Role

Reporting to the Manager Business Applications Solutions (BAS) the Knowledge Quality Analyst ensures that our enterprise knowledgespanning SharePoint ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Microsoft Copilot agentsis accurate governed searchable and compliant. The role blends knowledge management content governance and QA discipline to improve findability selfservice resolution and decision quality across business units. You will partner closely with business SMEs Cybersecurity Compliance and project teams to implement standards measure content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of our digital knowledge ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Content Governance

• Own content quality standards and editorial guidelines for SharePoint sites ServiceNow knowledge articles ServiceNow Resolver work & closure notes and Copilot agent knowledge sources.
• Conduct scheduled quality checks (accuracy completeness metadata tagging taxonomy alignment link integrity versioning)
• Establish content lifecycle processes (create/review/approve/retire) including review cadences and ownership models

Knowledge Lifecycle & Findability

• Maintain and improve information architecture taxonomy and metadata to boost search precision/recall and user task completion.
• Implement content templates style guides and reusable components for consistency and speed.
• Analyze search queries zeroresult searches and article feedback to drive targeted improvements

Enablement & Business Engagement

• Coach content owners and SMEs on governance writing for findability and secure sharing practices
• Deliver training on SharePoint security ServiceNow Knowledge and Copilot agent content readiness.
• Provide guidance for content development supporting projects and operational needs

Compliance Risk & Resilience

• Coordinate annual QA for Disaster Recovery (DR) documentation
• Lead knowledgerelated QA for SOXimpacted initiatives in alignment with internal controls.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to embed data privacy and secure information handling across platforms; monitor adherence

Project & UAT Support

• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for knowledgedependent features and changes in ServiceNow SharePoint or Copilot agents.
• Define acceptance criteria for knowledge quality; track defects and drive remediation

Continuous Improvement & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and reporting on knowledge health (freshness usage search success selfservice rates)
• Recommend workflow and governance improvements; document and socialize best practices
• Contribute to Copilot agent readiness (content sourcing grounding and maintenance processes)

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Information Management Information Technology Computer Science or related discipline.
• 35 years in knowledge management content governance technical writing or QA/validation roles.
• Handson experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and SharePoint Online (site ownership permissions metadata/taxonomy).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and agent content/readiness (or comparable AIassisted knowledge systems).
• Strong understanding of governance content lifecycle management and search optimization.
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical and nontechnical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills; comfortable with metrics and dashboards.
• Experience with compliance risk privacy or internal controls (e.g. SOX DR documentation)
• Exposure to knowledge analytics (search telemetry feedback analysis CSAT deflection)
• Instructional design or enablement background (training materials playbooks)

Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfields identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
