Our opportunity
We are looking for our new CI Partner to join our team.
In this position you will lead continuous improvement projects by supporting the Transportation Operations and Operational Management (Delivery TbM & MbM) teams in their performance anchoring and facilitating project development prioritization with the goal of boosting the operational performance of client areas.
Building relationships with the internal and external stakeholders understanding their business drivers should be leveraged to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk Group.
Main responsibilities:
- Validate and apply global standardizations in Transportation Operations and local Operational Management activities including change management when process and system modifications occur as well as providing training to the teams involved.
- Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance and involve both internal and external customers as well as service providers.
- Define metrics and targets together with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers as well as monitor results to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement actions implemented with clients (internal external and service providers).
- Lead the assessment/mapping of activities carried out across different internal client areas in order to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings cost reduction and performance improvement across functions.

- Advance English level - Spanish is considered a plus;
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineersand Technologies areas etc;
- Previous experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvement;
- Advance level in Excel Power BI and Python
