We are looking for aBilingual HR Coordinator(English/Spanish) who shares that this role youll be more than just HR youll be a trusted partner to our caregivers guiding them through their journey with us and ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.
What Youll Do
- Welcome new hires and make sure their onboarding is smooth complete and positive
- Keep caregiver records up-to-date and compliant including medicals I-9s and in-service training
- Support caregivers with ID badges job letters employment verifications and documentation needs
- Enter and maintain records in the Home Care Registry and HHA Exchange
- Collaborate with the HR Director on HR projects and ensure compliance across the agency
- Help maintain a positive safe and professional environment where caregivers feel appreciated
What Were Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- At least 1 year of HR experience in a home care setting
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Compassionate communicator who is approachable responsive and dependable
- Prior experience in healthcare or as a records clerk a plus
