As an Senior Strategic Project Manager youll play a critical role in managing and implementing strategic initiatives from operating model improvements to technical migrations and large-scale rollouts. You will work hands-on with project delivery ensuring alignment between business goals and technology execution and driving change that sticks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects including technical migrations platform rollouts and process implementation initiatives.
• Drive structured project execution from scoping and planning to implementation monitoring and handover.
• Support strategy execution by aligning stakeholders setting milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
• Define and embed best practices in project governance change management and operational excellence.
• Develop and continuously improve our value-stream-based operating model ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a technical scientific or business-related field
• Minimum 4 years experience leading projects or workstreams in complex cross-functional environments migration and implementation experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives.
• Experience with agile transformation operating model implementation or systems integration is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Business fluent in English both written and spoken.
