About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly detail-oriented and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels (email chat phone).
What Youll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
Troubleshoot product or service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Document and track customer interactions in our system
Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve issues
Identify common customer questions and recommend process improvements
What Were Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Patience empathy and a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection (for remote applicants)
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
