KidsCare Home Healthis seeking a compassionate and detail-orientedBilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is essential in ensuring client families and clinicians receive timely respectful and effective support that directly impacts the quality of care provided. Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between families and clinicians to resolve care-related concerns.
  • Run patient satisfaction reports and address identified issues.
  • Use an internal ticketing system to manage daily workflow and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with families in English and Spanish to address concerns and identify solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet service goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 12 years of healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands/Working Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand sit; talk hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
  • Light to moderate physical activity and lifting is required.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements.
  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers phone and printers light traffic).
