Join a multinational customer experience team supporting Italian-speaking customers. Youll handle inquiries via phone email and chat providing clear friendly and efficient resolutions while representing well-known brands.
Respond to customer queries in Italian across phone/email/chat
Troubleshoot issues track tickets and follow up to closure
Escalate complex cases and collaborate with team leads/QAs
Meet KPIs (quality CSAT productivity adherence)
Fluent Italian (C2/native)
English B1/B2 (for training/tools/internal comms)
Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
Comfortable with shift work (including weekends/rotations)
Eligibility to work in Greece (or willing to relocate with provided support)
