Responsibilities:
The Benefits Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functions of leave of absence administration but also serves as a supporting position for all company benefits for our corporate office and locations nationwide. This person will also be responsible for other human resources functions as assigned.
This position requires a high degree of organization professional communication confidentiality and attention to detail. This position plays a critical role in supporting employee well-being and ensuring legal compliance while fostering a culture of care trust and accountability within the organization.
