About the Role
As an Installer Helper youll support our expert Installers in transforming clients homes with custom closet systems that bring order and beauty to their space. Youll receive intensive trainingboth in the classroom and on the jobwith a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer experience. This is a hands-on team-based role where youll grow your trade skills and take pride in the work you deliver.
Key Qualifications
Valid drivers license
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and understand hardware types
Physically able to carry materials through varying weather conditions and tight spaces
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
Strong organizational skills and professional appearance
Team player with great communication skills
Flexible scheduleavailable to work at least 2 weekends per month
Able to problem-solve and think proactively on the job

Schedule & Location
