Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support general operations under the Director (Finance & Administration). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across finance CRM admin marketing coordination and operational execution within a fast-paced SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry documentation and record maintenance
- Prepare reports for lead generation and operational performance
- Support budgeting forecasting and expense tracking activities
- Conduct desk research and compile findings for strategic initiatives
- Assist in validating financial and non-financial data
- Participate in internal audits and compliance support
- Take on ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program (Finance Accounting Economics or related field)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned work
