At Upshop we know that cadence doesnt happen by accident: it takes rigor communication and an operator who can translate complexity into clarity.
Were hiring an Operations Manager to run the operating rhythm of Upshops leadership team. This role blends execution and communication: youll prepare agendas and pre-reads distill complex conversations into clear follow-ups and ensure leadership is working against shared priorities. Youll also support major initiatives like offsites vendor management and communications campaigns that reinforce Upshops culture and employer brand.
This is a role for someone with strong business acumen and communication skills who thrives at the intersection of structure and storytelling. Youll be a power user of digital tools (AI automation and collaboration platforms) and play a key role in helping Upshops leadership operate with speed transparency and consistency.
Unlike a traditional admin role this position offers a front-row seat to strategy and execution with opportunities to grow into broader operations communications or strategy responsibilities over time.
