Closets by Design is a locally owned franchise in Lakewood OH. We design manufacture and install a complete line of custom closets pantrys home offices garage cabinetry and more. Due to continued growth we are looking for reliable enthusiastic individuals to join our cabinet making production team.

Prior Woodworking experience preferred but not required.

Production Worker Job Description:

Read and understand drawings and measurements.

Operate woodworking machinery hand tools and measuring tools.

Understanding company product lines machinery assembly standards and installation techniques.

Follow quality and safety standards.

Maintain shop and installation equipment according to an established schedule.

Understand daily cut lists production schedules and installation schedules.

Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.

Personal Requirements

Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Team oriented

Reliable

$16 to $18 per hour. Opportunity for Advancement.
