Job Description
Your tasks
Consulting and technical support for customers in the field of consumer packaging with a focus on flexible packaging solutions and processes
Expert guidance in product selection conducting trials qualification processes as well as error analysis and troubleshooting
Independent development of solutions for processing issues with our film products
Support in the development of new products up to successful market launch
Acting as an interface between research and development production sales and marketing with close collaboration
Designing and conducting training sessions for internal and external target groups
Analysis and evaluation of field data for the continuous optimization of products and processes
What you bring to the role
Degree in mechanical engineering plastics engineering chemistry process engineering or packaging technology
At least 5 years of professional experience in film processing
In-depth expertise in film processing particularly in the areas of lamination printing slitting sealing and bag making
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Know-how in handling film properties (e.g. DSC FTIR modulus of elasticity MFI)
Confident use of digital tools and data analysis
Excellent command of English both spoken and written
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to travel and flexibility
