Location: The Arc Chemung-Schuyler New York
Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team full-time. This is more than a job-its a meaningful career where your work truly changes lives.
This role requires availability on 2nd and/or 3rd shifts with some weekend hours. A valid and clean drivers license is also required.

What the Role Looks Like
As a Direct Support Professional you will play an essential role in helping individuals with disabilities lead meaningful and independent lives. Your day may involve assisting with personal care supporting daily living activities preparing meals or providing transportation to community outings. Youll encourage social connections help individuals set and achieve personal goals and create opportunities for learning and growth.
Equally important you will work closely with families coworkers and supervisors to ensure individualized care plans are followed and adapted to meet evolving needs. Each day brings something new offering you the chance to learn grow and make a direct impact on the lives of those you support.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will be compassionate dependable and patient. Strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and adaptability are essential as no two situations are ever the same. You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid drivers license with a clean record. Prior caregiving or Human Services experience is helpful but we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to make a difference.
