Senior Commercial Operation Specialist

Job Description

Your Role

  • Accountable to conduct HS level OIT & sales for both equipment and Service business bi-weekly review to get clear insights on numbers play key role on Sales cadence preparation presentation and follow-ups tracking (PDCA).
  • Utilize CRM system to track and manage funnel progress highlight risks & opportunities with clear justifications and propose recovery actions to drive business transparency and excellence.
  • Well manage data collection process ensure the data accuracy and quality Responsible for collection analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity
  • Develop and maintain complex data models identify trends/patterns and correlations to uncover actionable insights. Drive data-informed decision-making
  • Proactively revisit sales cadence effectiveness adjust cadence cycle/content to align with the business goals.
  • Be responsible for HS sales teams annual target setting and deployment for both equipment and service and both OIT and sales incl. but not limited tomodule design historical data analysis key stake-holders alignment next level cascade
  • Establish daily/weekly/monthly phasing target based on Quarterly FC to the business team to drive target achievement.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze GTM effectiveness incl. funnel pipeline win-loss market dynamic provide insight and assist leadership team in developing plans resource allocation business strategy that will lead to gain share and AOP achievement.

Youre the right fit if:

  • Strategic and logical thinking
  • Strong business acumen and sensitive to data strong data analytics capability.
  • At least 8 years experience in Operation Sales Strategy business development with strong business/marketing related mission prefer with 2 years team management experience.
  • Capability to influence senior executives through strength of ideas and personality.
  • Process-oriented thinking and systematic approach for problem solving is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong presentation and Excel skills experience using Access SQL Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
  • Bachelor/Master degree with Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
