TITLE: Digital Engineering Ld Engineer
DUTIES: Provide strategic and tactical direction in the performance of all levels of test within the Enterprise Quality Assurance function. Lead test activities in accordance with established policies and standards. Drive test deliverables on a project basis being responsive to schedule and quality requirements. Design tests with re-use in mind to fast-track quality testing of products. Partner with the development team in collaboration to deliver testable software. Provide hands on technical expertise with test automation frameworks for Selenium. Implement test verification (e.g. Technical Reviews) and validation (e.g. Function Test or System Test) practices standards metrics training and processes. Drive product readiness while supporting both technical and business teams. Establish fact-based measures of test efficiency effectiveness and product readiness. Partner with client groups to ensure that the testing strategy is understood in use test prerequisites are completed and that test outputs are analyzed. Remote Work Permitted. Approved remote states include Nevada and Dallas-Fort Worth Texas.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in computer science Applied Computer Science Information Systems or related field and eight (8) years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer Software Quality Analyst Senior Test Engineer or related role where experience was gained. Employer will also accept ten (10) years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer Software Quality Analyst Senior Test Engineer or related role where experience was gained in lieu of a degree. Also requires experience in the following:
3 years of experience in Dev Ops fundamentals Agile and Scrum methodologies and the Shift-Left paradigm.
8 years of experience in testing on web-based e-commerce software applications including understanding and knowledge of web services and API level testing.
6 years of experience in SOAP and Restful clients;
6 years of experience in implementing testing guidelines and providing technical advice and counsel; and
8 years of experience in Web services.
