Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Reporting & Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate in Business Analytics Data Management or a related field who is eager to build a career in reporting and data analysis.
The successful candidate will support the team with data preparation reporting and analysis contributing to business insights and operational efficiency while gaining hands-on experience and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting cleaning and validating data from multiple sources.
- Prepare and maintain regular operational and business reports.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs.
- Work closely with senior analysts to support ongoing projects and ad hoc requests.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A graduate in Business Analytics Data Management Information Systems Statistics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
